My Own Staff will manage all aspects of Human Resource management needs such as—employee’s salary, benefits, taxes, and attendance; all you have to do is pay one all-inclusive monthly fee.
7. New Hire Orientation (NHO)
Last but not least, these are your employees, and they will be personally accountable to you and your company. There will also be an Account Manager assigned to you who’ll be available at all times if you require any assistance.
8. Accountability & Efficiency
Your new team will operate in our state-of-the-art bio-secure facility, managed by our local leadership team, ensuring full accountability to your goals.
